Notice of Intent to File Change in Boundary Lines
Duke Energy Indiana, LLC (Duke Energy Indiana) and Decatur County Rural Electric Membership Corporation (“Decatur Co. REMC”) hereby give notice that on September 1, 2021, a Joint Petition was filed with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission for approval to modify service area boundaries between Duke Energy Indiana and Decatur Co. REMC associated with an area south of County Road 580 and east of North County Road 20 East, in Greensburg, Indiana located on U.S.G.S. Facet Map U-20 in Decatur County, Indiana pursuant to Ind. Code § 8-1-2.3-6.
